This has led to a second essay on whether the lengthy debate between these diametrically opposed schools of thought is not perhaps dead.
I feel as if I have managed to find a middle ground for them to co-exist in a two stage approach that I have formulated. However before I bore one to tears in explanation I must dutifully continue on my conquering of scholarly thought, hand the piece over to a more astute scholar, one that finds little else to amuse his thoughts than the how's and why's of laws existence, and upon his findings will keep you posted…
